Request Assistance

Employees and immediate family members of employees facing catastrophic events such as illness, natural disasters, home catastrophe, funeral expenses, or military service who have worked at NFI for at least one year may apply for support with NFI Cares.

To apply for NFI-Cares please fill out the form below or click here to access the pdf version of the form to email to my-nfi@nfiindustries.com, or print and send the form to the My-NFI Service Center. Employees can also contact the My-NFI Service Center at 877-696-3409 for help completing the application. Applications will be reviewed by the NFI Cares committee.
